Thank you for your interest in Christ Care Unit Christian School. Please complete the following application packet and remit with a $100.00 application fee. You will be notified once admission has been determined.

Tuition
Tuition for Christ Care Unit Christian School for 2010-2011 is $4500.00. Tuition is payable in monthly installments. A $100.00 non-refundable application fee is due at time of registration. A deposit of the first month’s tuition ($450.00) is due by August 9, 2010. Families enrolling more than one child will receive a 10% discount for additional children enrolled.

Uniforms
Christ Care Unit Christian School is a uniform school. Uniforms may be obtained through French Toast (1-800-frenchtoast; www.frenchtoast.com). The uniform for boys includes charcoal gray pants and burgundy polos. Girls will wear burgundy plaid skorts and burgundy polos.

Transportation
Each parent should complete the Application for Private School Transportation form (B6T). Eligibility for transportation will be determined by the resident Board of Education. Please return this form to Christ Care Unit Christian School at the time of application.

Lunch Program
Parents may pack lunches for their children. The school will have lunches available for purchase on a daily basis for $3.50 per day. Lunch menus will be available in August.
