Baptism
Baptizm is a sacrament in which a child or an adult is blessed and committed to God by water and the Holy Spirit. In doing this a new Christian makes a commitment to God and joins the church community. This act represents God's forgiveness of past sins, and the beginning of a new life, re-shaped by Him. It symbolizes the new Christian's acceptance of God's love, and the reshaping of the course of his/her life.
Holy Communion
The taking of bread and wine as a symbol of the body of Christ. This sacred act is done as an act of rememberance of Jesus. This is practiced by all Christians.
